Below are outlines of some options available to you that can cater for a meeting of 4 or a celebration for 400
FUNCTION PACKAGES
Mezzanine Bar
Our mezzanine level can a small party of up to 40-50 guests.
- Room Hire with fully operational private bar
Cost: $100 (note happy hours do not apply in function room)
For 18th and 21st parties and or parties on Friday and Saturday night
a security guard is required at the cost of $40 per hour (min 4hours)
- Room Hire for Corportate requirements
Cost $50
Main Bar area; Lounge/Booth area
The Booth area can be roped off exclusive for your use with direct access to the main bar.
Cost: no charge
Dining Room – Dance floor
This area is available after 9pm the tables can be moved out and one dance pole can be put into the dance floor
Audio Visual Requirements
DVD can be played
Pictures can be uploaded to our system however need to be correct res, format and short filename.
Cakes and decorations can be bought in prior to function, depending on the area you have chosen some can be set up before time. We provide a house DJ on Friday and Saturday nights for you but can accommodate other options with management approval.
Function payment
All food and beverages and any other sundry expenses incurred at the event must be paid for in full before commencement of the function by cash, cheque or credit card.
Note: To ensure all ordering needs are met on time all booking numbers and food requirements must be confirmed with deposit no later than 7 days prior to function.
Terms and conditions
Options Tavern supports the responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse entry, regardless of prearranged function agreements. Minors are not permitted in the smoking and TAB area of the hotel at any time. Minors are not permitted on the premises after 9pm under any circumstances and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. The contact for this function agrees to accept responsibility for any damage to property, or persons caused by any guest attending the function.
